  What Is a Bit of Foresight Worth?

Read
  BOUNDARY.md is the preregistration of CAL-CEF-2: the notebook, stockpile,
  and feedback and erasure moves added to the CAL-CEF-1 archipelago, the
  derived predictions, fourteen acceptance gates with their check order, nine
  deliberately broken controls with their expected first failures, and the
  stated claims. It was frozen before any evaluator ran.
  RESULT.md records the single frozen execution: verdict, review chronology,
  file digests, toolchain, and the complete report.
  expected-report.txt is the report that run printed; compare your own run
  with it.

Inspect and run
  source/xypher-control-information-proof/ is the dependency-free Rust
  verifier and the prospective Futuruna construction (xypher.runa). RUN.txt
  gives the commands and the expected result.

Scope
  An exact finite construction, not a fitted simulation. No random seed,
  sampling, simulation length, tolerance, or floating-point acceptance path
  is involved.

  Established within the declared model: the instrumented archipelago
  satisfies the operational thermodynamic tests T1-T5 across a seven-case
  family at the temperature of its reservoir; the configuration law of
  CAL-CEF-1 is unchanged; a correct record of the held plan's destination is
  worth alpha ln 2 per bit, as the free-energy gap to a shuffled pairing of
  equal energy and as the equilibrium exchange constant K = N/(n_y b) of the
  feedback move; with a reservoir that doubles per packet, one bit of
  foresight trades evenly for one packet; erasing a uniform notebook costs
  alpha ln A; every net current vanishes at equilibrium.

  Open: driving the measure-harvest-erase cycle out of equilibrium to extract
  net work; noisy or partial records; contact between instrumented worlds;
  learning.
